Shipping is available to all U.S. addresses with the exception of P.O. Boxes.

 

Most orders will ship within three business days.  When your package is shipped, we will send an email notification that includes your order number and tracking number.

 

Please ensure that you have provided a valid telephone number and email address so that we can contact you if there are any delays.

 

Outside of our local delivery area, all packages are shipped via USPS or FedEx and will require a signature for delivery.  While insurance is included with all orders, we will not be responsible for lost, late, missing, or damaged merchandise.

 

Special terms and conditions may apply to drop ship items.

 

 

Payments

Poke’s Playroom accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for all orders.

 

Customers choosing local delivery may alternately pay by cash or local check.

 

Returned checks will incur a $30 fee and be turned over for collection.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 21 days after delivery.  Merchandise must be received unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.  Items not returned in accordance with this policy are subject to rejection or a 25% restocking fee, at the discretion of Poke’s Playroom.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  Customer is responsible for return shipping unless an error was made by Poke’s Playroom.  Diapers and special orders are non-returnable.

 

If your order arrives damaged, or you feel you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately.  We will assist you in correcting the problem.

Local Customers

Poke’s Playroom offers free evening delivery for customers located in Cedar Rapids, Marion, and Hiawatha.  Delivery is also available for a $5.00 fee for customers located within 30 miles of our zip code (52402).  If delivery is available to you, this option will be displayed in the shipping methods menu.  Generally, we deliver outside the Cedar Rapids area on Saturdays.  Customers within the Cedar Rapids area can expect delivery within 2 business days.

 

PLEASE NOTE - YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO TAKE DELIVERY!  We will contact you to set up a mutually agreeable delivery time and date.  Please contact us as soon as possible if this time frame does not work for you.  We will only attempt delivery ONCE! You will be assessed a $10 service fee if you are not available and have not rescheduled at least 2 hours prior to the originally scheduled time.  If your schedule does not permit a mutually agreeable local delivery time, we may elect to ship your order by the least expensive option.

 

 

Sales Tax

Iowa Customers will be charged sales tax, calculated at checkout.  If you reside outside of Iowa, you may be responsible for paying use taxes per your local requirements.

 

 

Special Orders

Poke’s Playroom is authorized to sell all product lines carried by any of our manufacturers.  If there is something you would like to purchase that is not offered on our site, please contact us at specialorders@pokesplayroom.com.  We will do our best to accommodate your needs.  Please note that special orders may take 4 to 6 weeks to ship and are not returnable.
